1 What do you do?
Companion-care framing, paw-routine notes, and transit care sheets, plus measured store-card and audience-stamp support. See the Dispatch pages.
2 Are you a veterinary clinic or licensed boarding kennel?
No. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, surgery, prescription diets, or licensed boarding coverage, and we do not guarantee health, behavior, or nutrition results.
3 Do you handle live-animal import or customs clearance?
No. Transit care sheets are written coordination only. We are not a live-animal import broker and we do not guarantee carrier or border approval.
4 Do you guarantee approval or campaign results?
No. We do not guarantee store approval, installs, or revenue.
5 Do you have a specific app?
